Reactions

Reactions let team members express a quick response to any topic or reply without writing a full post. They are a lightweight way to acknowledge content or signal agreement.

Available reactions

Adding a reaction

Hover over a topic or reply to reveal the reaction picker (smiley face icon). Click the icon, then choose a reaction. The reaction count appears immediately on the post.

Removing a reaction

Click your existing reaction on the post to remove it. You can only remove your own reactions.

Changing a reaction

Open the reaction picker and select a different reaction. Your previous reaction is replaced.

One reaction per post per user

Each user can only have one reaction on any given post. Selecting a second reaction replaces the first rather than adding a second.

Reaction counts

Each reaction type shows a count next to its emoji on the post. Hovering over the count shows the names of the users who reacted.

Tip: Use the Helpful reaction to surface the most useful replies in a long thread. High Helpful counts indicate the most informative posts for newcomers reading the thread.
